Tsunoda Bankoku (1889-?) was born in Ishikawa prefecture. Based in Tokyo before WWII and Sukagawa of Fukushima prefecture after, he was awarded the Fukushima Cultural Contribution Award. He was known as a painter of flower and bird paintings (kacho-e). |
