Artist:
Mochizuki KINPO (1846-1915). He was an Osaka born Nihonga artist.  He first studied with the Maruyama school, and later with the Shijo scholl under Nishiyama Kanei.  Kinpo exhibited with a number of different groups during the early Meiji and went on to serve as a juror for the National Bunten exhibitions from 1908.
